Business Exit Planning is a strategic process which enables business owners to leave their businesses under the conditions most favorable to them and to maximize their final return. It involves the integration and coordination of a range of financial, legal, insurance, valuation, banking and business advisors who work in conjunction with you over the period of several months, or even years.

This is most successful when the business owner has advisors from different disciplines (i.e. legal, accounting, valuation, etc.) working together to increase business value in one coordinated approach. Our role is often to serves as the coordinator or "general contractor" of the process.
