In his capacity Chief Operating Officer for the Fleischer Jacobs Group, Owen oversees all aspects of day to day operations of the Company including but not limited to, Financial Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Physical Resource Management, Marketing, as well as the helping with the growth strategies for the Company.  Owen has been with Fleischer Jacobs since August of 2000. 

Prior to Fleischer Jacobs he spent eight years with Gallagher Flynn and Company as a Certified Public Accountant.
