Judy Sassorossi works in FJG's Group Insurance Department, providing education, technical and administrative support to employers and employees for their Health and Welfare benefits. " As healthcare costs escalate, it is important for employees to understand their benefit packages and how to efficiently utilize the plans their employees provide. We work with employees in group and individual settings to explain the intricacies of their benefits and help resolve issues. We also work with employers to provide the best employee benefit package available within their budget. A well-rounded well-understood benefit package improves retention and productivity."

Prior to moving to FJG and the group benefits arena, she managed the Vermont branch for a major life insurance carrier and a regional investment firm, focusing primarily on individual insurance and investment products.

Judy lives in Williston with her husband, Kenn, and their two labs. Their daughter Kathryn is a teacher in Washington, D.C. and their younger daughter, Martha, is a student at Franklin and Marshall College in PA. Civic responsibilities, the Red Sox, and UVM men's basketball consume most of her available free time.
