Gennette Carr works with businesses of all sizes throughout Vermont, Massachusetts and New Hampshire to develop and service comprehensive Employee Benefit plans. She puts her significant experience in Human Resources Management to work for clients in implementing new benefit plans, educating both employers and employees on their specific programs and providing on-going consultation support service and problem resolution assistance.

Additionally, Gennette serves as a consultant for Northeast Benefits Management, working with businesses and human resource managers to ensure their plans are in compliance with State and Federal regulations and to provide assistance in general benefits administration needs.

Gennette's background includes several years in sales and management with local home furnishings stores. Prior to coming to FJG, Gennette took over the responsibilities of administrator in Human Resources for an area chain department store. her enthusiasm for the field prompted her return to school to study business management; she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Champlain College with a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. She has gone on to further study and is currently pursuing her CEBS designation.

When she is not working with FJG clients, Gennette enjoys time with her parents in her Northeast Kingdom hometown. An avid outdoorswoman, Gennette enjoys hiking, fishing, swimming, kayaking and gardening.Gennetee spends as much time as possible with her Morgan horse, Ali. She is an accomplished cook and enjoys creating meals from her organic garden to share with her friends.
